- All returns must be reported to us before sending anything back
- Items must be returned with proof of purchase and reason for return
- Returns without prior notice may not be accepted
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

We offer you a flat rate delivery charge of £8.95 for any order under the value of £1000.00.
All deliveries are sent out on a tracked 3-5 working day courier service.
There is also the option for a 2 day express delivery service at £12
You can also collect in store with our click & collect option
All orders over £1000.00 will automatically directed to the 2 day express delivery service of £12 for insurance purposes. Unless you wish to collect in-store.

With ground sheets made from Oxford Polyester and Sentinel Pro Double Ripstop Weave used for the outer of the awning, you can rest easy knowing that high-quality materials have been used to construct the Kela V.

The Kela V is designed to perform extremely well in adverse weather conditions, with smartly placed low air vents providing enough airflow to limit the build-up of condensation inside your awning. This can help to prevent issues like mould.
Windows & Doors
This awning comes with several large windows on the outside, along with a 2-layer main door and a side door on each side.
