If you call us immediately after placing the order we can quite often cancel it. If the order has been prepared for delivery then unfortunately you will need to return the order once received.

We currently only ship to the UK online. If you are outside the UK please do contact us and we can see if we can arrange delivery to where you are.

All deliveries are sent out on a tracked 3-5 working day courier service.
There is also the option for a 2 day express delivery service at £9.95.
You can also collect in store with our click & collect option
All orders over £1000.00 will automatically directed to the 2 day express delivery service of £9.95 for insurance purposes. Unless you wish to collect instore.

All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including reason for return.
All returnable goods must be reported to the company. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted.
Carriage charges are non refundable unless goods are faulty or not fit for their purpose.
A member of our customer services department will arrange for collection of the goods through our carrier, alternatively, you may return them to one of our stores accompanied with your invoice.
All other goods must be returned at the sender’s expense. Please call for a quote.
