- All returns must be reported to us before sending anything back
- Items must be returned with proof of purchase and reason for return
- Returns without prior notice may not be accepted
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
We can arrange collection or you can return items in-store.

We offer you a flat rate delivery charge of £6.95 for any order under the value of £1000.00.
All deliveries are sent out on a tracked 3-5 working day courier service.
There is also the option for a 2 day express delivery service at £9.95.
You can also collect in store with our click & collect option
All orders over £1000.00 will automatically directed to the 2 day express delivery service of £9.95 for insurance purposes. Unless you wish to collect in-store.

Constructed from our exclusive SolTex fabric, the Apex is suitable for residential sited use, offering long-term durability, excellent waterproofing, and breathable comfort to help reduce condensation.
