If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns
- All returns must be reported to us before sending anything back
- Items must be returned with proof of purchase and reason for return
- Returns without prior notice may not be accepted
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
We can arrange collection or you can return items in-store.
Faulty Items
You’re covered under the Consumer Rights Act:
- Within 30 days: eligible for a full refund if faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose
- After 30 days: eligible for repair or replacement

- You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order

We offer you a flat rate delivery charge of £6.95 for any order under the value of £1000.00.
All deliveries are sent out on a tracked 3-5 working day courier service.
There is also the option for a 2 day express delivery service at £9.95.
You can also collect in store with our click & collect option
All orders over £1000.00 will automatically directed to the 2 day express delivery service of £9.95 for insurance purposes. Unless you wish to collect in-store.

Our Casa® full touring awnings deliver outstanding value, combining a traditional, dependable poled design with long lasting durability caravanners trust.
Expertly manufactured from our robust 300D PRO-TEK fabric, the Casa® is packed with practical features, including multi-zip curtains, side doors with removable secondary mesh panels and full compatibility with the Casa Annexe. The awning also includes two fully removable front panels, each offering a veranda option for added versatility.
For ease of pitching and enhanced stability, the Casa comes with pre-attached webbing straps, a draught skirt and a carry/storage bag. A selection of luxury optional extras is also
available, allowing you to personalise and elevate your outdoor living space.
