If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

• All returns must be reported to us before sending anything back
• Items must be returned with proof of purchase and reason for return
• Returns without prior notice may not be accepted
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

We can arrange collection or you can return items in-store.

Faulty Items

You’re covered under the Consumer Rights Act:

• Within 30 days: eligible for a full refund if faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose
• After 30 days: eligible for repair or replacement

Online & Distance Orders

If you ordered online, by phone or mail:

• You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order
• You then have 14 days to return the goods after notifying us

We offer you a flat rate delivery charge of £6.95 for any order under the value of £1000.00.

All deliveries are sent out on a tracked 3-5 working day courier service.

There is also the option for a 2 day express delivery service at £9.95.

You can also collect in store with our click & collect option

All orders over £1000.00 will automatically directed to the 2 day express delivery service of £9.95 for insurance purposes. Unless you wish to collect in-store.
